Day & Night Global Care is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide personal care.
Our service was registered on 24 May 2023, which means we are monitored and inspected to ensure our care is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
OUR SERVICES
Personal Care
Our personal care service supports people with daily tasks while protecting their dignity, privacy and independence.
We can help with:
- Washing, showering and bathing
- Dressing and undressing
- Oral hygiene and grooming
- Toileting and continence care
- Help with mobility and moving safely
- Meal preparation and support with eating and drinking
- Medication prompts and recording
We always work at your pace and according to your preferences.
Dementia Care & Memory Support
Gentle, patient support for people living with dementia. We focus on familiar routines, reassurance and safety, helping to reduce anxiety and maintain independence.
Living with dementia can be challenging for the person and their family.
Our dementia care focuses on:
- Familiar routines and structure
- Gentle prompts with personal care, meals and medication
- Safety around the home
- Using life stories, photos and favourite activities to spark positive memories
- Reassurance during times of confusion or distress
We aim to reduce anxiety, promote independence and support families.
OUR SERVICES
Mental Health & Wellbeing Support
Practical and emotional support for adults living with depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions. We help build structure, confidence and connection.
We support adults living with a range of mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety. Our carers can:
- Encourage healthy daily routines
- Support with personal care when motivation is low
- Help with shopping, cleaning and household tasks
- Support attendance at appointments, groups or activities
- Provide regular, friendly contact and a listening ear
With consent, we can also work alongside mental health teams and other professionals.
Physical Disabilities
Tailored help with mobility, transfers, personal care and daily tasks, so people with physical disabilities can live as independently as possible at home and in the community.
We provide specialist support for people with physical disabilities or long-term health conditions.
This may include:
- Safe assistance with transfers, hoists and mobility aids
- Personal care and continence support
- Help preparing meals and drinks
- Support with exercise or therapy programmes (as advised by professionals)
- Escorting to work, college, social activities or appointments
We focus on doing with people, not just for them, to promote independence.
